Huntington Beach Room Addition and Kitchen Remodel

The homeowners are looking to open up the 1st floor and kitchen, as they love to entertain. 65sf are being added to the side of the house to allow a larger kitchen, pantry, and common area. Multiple walls are being removed and several beams will be utilized to support the new layout.
